Palma House

Palma House is a contemporary residential project that explores the relationship between architecture, landscape and everyday living. The design is conceived as a series of carefully composed spaces, balancing openness and natural light with privacy and a strong sense of enclosure.

Clean architectural lines and a restrained material palette give the house a calm, cohesive character, while generous openings establish a strong connection between the interior and surrounding landscape. Natural light is used throughout to animate the spaces and emphasise changes in texture, proportion and material.

The internal arrangement prioritises a sense of flow, with living spaces designed to feel generous, relaxed and connected. Carefully framed views and transitions between inside and outside extend the experience of the home beyond its physical footprint, allowing external terraces and landscaped areas to become an integral part of daily life.

The result is a refined yet understated home in which architecture, materiality and landscape work together to create a warm and timeless residential environment.
