A feasibility study for a contemporary new-build home in Surrey, exploring the potential to create a distinctive residential property that responds sensitively to its setting.

The proposal considers the relationship between the new dwelling, its surrounding landscape and neighbouring context, with the architectural form developed to maximise natural light, views and connections to the garden. Carefully composed volumes and generous areas of glazing give the house a contemporary character while maintaining a strong sense of proportion and permanence.
