The Rosilian House

The Rosilian House is a contemporary new-build home designed around natural light, modern family living and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

Clean architectural lines and carefully composed volumes give the house a distinctive contemporary character, while generous areas of glazing open the principal living spaces towards the garden and bring natural light deep into the interior.

The layout creates a natural flow between spaces for everyday living, relaxing and entertaining, with strong visual connections between inside and outside. A restrained material palette and crisp architectural detailing add warmth, texture and a sense of permanence to the design.

The result is a refined and considered family home that combines contemporary architecture with practical, comfortable living, creating a distinctive residence that responds thoughtfully to its setting.
