Cotswolds New Build

Set within the Cotswolds landscape, this contemporary new-build residence combines bold architectural forms with a strong connection to its natural surroundings. Clean horizontal lines, deep overhangs and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing create a distinctive modern character while maximising natural light and views across the gardens.

The two-storey design uses projecting upper-level volumes to create sheltered external spaces, while terraces and balconies extend the principal living areas into the landscape. A refined palette of dark cladding, lighter horizontal finishes and large areas of glass gives the elevations depth and clearly defines the different architectural elements.

Carefully considered landscaping and mature trees soften the contemporary geometry, allowing the house to sit comfortably within its rural setting. The result is an elegant modern family home that balances architectural presence, openness and a close relationship with the surrounding Cotswolds landscape.
