Contemporary New Home, Cheltenham

Lewis Critchley Architects were appointed to develop a feasibility proposal for a new contemporary home in Leckhampton, Cheltenham.

The design explores the potential for a bespoke modern house that responds sensitively to its setting, maximising natural light, views and connections with the landscape. The feasibility study considers site constraints, planning, orientation and layout to establish a strong architectural concept for this unique Cheltenham site.

The proposal reflects our approach to modern residential architecture in Cheltenham and Gloucestershire, combining thoughtful design, functionality and a strong relationship between home and landscape.
